Job Description: As a Sr People Partner at 99Yellow, you will play a crucial role in supporting startup clients with remote HR operations and employee engagement. You will be responsible for managing key HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, policy documentation, employee documentation management, performance management support, employee engagement, and general HR support & digitization. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 7-15 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, strong understanding of core HR processes, experience in drafting HR policies, proficiency in using HR software tools, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for managing key HR processes for startup clients in a fully remote setting. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience, drafting tailored HR policies, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting performance management initiatives, fostering employee engagement in a remote work environment, and driving the digitization of HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire onboarding process, including pre-onboarding communication, document collection, and induction calls for new hires - Handle offboarding workflows, including documentation, exit interviews, and final settlements - Draft HR policies tailored to the specific needs of each startup client - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and key documents - Assist in managing the performance appraisal process and support goal-setting initiatives - Build meaningful connections with employees through virtual engagement initiatives - Take on additional HR responsibilities as needed, including process improvement and data management Qualifications: - Minimum 7-15 years of hands-on experience in HR operations - Strong understanding of core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and performance management - Experience in drafting HR policies and managing employee records with accuracy - Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage employees across different roles - Proficiency in using HR software tools and digital platforms for HR operations - Proactive problem-solving attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
