Job Purpose:

Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates

  via portals, social media & industry networks

• Screening, interview

  & assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews & manage records
• Collaborate with teams for future hiring needs & talent pipeline

• Negotiate offers

  &

  ensure smooth onboarding

• Promote employer branding &

  build talent networks

• Manage payroll, compliances and
• Ensure end-to-end

  payroll compliance

  with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, PT, etc.), timely filings, and accurate salary processing in line with labour laws.

• Liaise with government departments

  and regulatory bodies to manage inspections, resolve compliance issues, and maintain up-to-date licenses and registrations.
• Have Good

  communication skills

Requirements

• Master’s in HR or related field
• 5-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction/engineering
• Strong knowledge of technical roles and sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication & multitasking skills

Preferred

• Experience hiring for roles like Project Engineers, Civil Engineers, Safety Officers, etc.
• Familiarity with HR analytics & labour compliance in infra/construction
