Role & responsibilities

Overseeing the hiring process for clinical and administrative staff, ensuring that candidates meet the hospital's standards and regulatory requirements.

Understand hiring needs and job specifications from various departments.
Source candidates using a variety of search methods (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social platforms).
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the HR team.
Promote the companys reputation as a great place to work.
Assist in onboarding activities when required.
