Job Description

As a Human Resources professional, your main role will be focused on Recruitment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Skills in Personnel Management - HR Policy Implementation: Creating and enforcing HR policies and employee handbooks - Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management - Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and handle confidential information Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in the interior design industry is a plus Additional details about the job include: - Writing and posting job advertisements - Sourcing candidates through job fairs, referrals, or online platforms - Screening applications and shortlisting candidates - Conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers - Managing job offers and negotiating salaries Please note that the offered CTC for this position is 30-35K Per month.
