Sr HR Plant Manager

As a Senior HR Plant Manager at The Purbasha Group, you will be responsible for managing the HR functions within the plant located in Amta, Howrah. Your role will involve overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and training programs. You will be required to implement HR policies, drive talent management initiatives, and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Collaboration with plant management is essential to ensure a safe work environment while maintaining operational efficiency.
