Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic hiring plans for volume and niche roles.
• Lead and mentor the recruitment team to deliver high-quality talent within aggressive timelines.
• Leverage employer branding initiatives and campus hiring strategies to attract talent.
• Optimize sourcing channels including job portals, referrals, social platforms, and agencies.
• Spearhead employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Design career progression frameworks, learning programs, and leadership development plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in coordination with legal and audit teams.
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 -10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in

  leading high-volume talent acquisition

  in a BPO or fast-paced service environment.
• Strong understanding of HR analytics, modern recruitment technologies, and labor legislation.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent is preferred.
