Lead and mentor the recruitment team to deliver high-quality talent within aggressive timelines. Leverage employer branding initiatives and campus hiring strategies to attract talent. Optimize sourcing channels including job portals, referrals, social platforms, and agencies. Spearhead employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives. Design career progression frameworks, learning programs, and leadership development plans. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in coordination with legal and audit teams. Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Preferred candidate profile 6 -10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success in leading high-volume talent acquisition in a BPO or fast-paced service environment. Strong understanding of HR analytics, modern recruitment technologies, and labor legislation. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent is preferred.
