SR. HR Manager (female)

As an experienced HR professional, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding. Your role will also involve leading and mentoring the internal HR team to foster a high-performance culture. Monitoring attendance systems, ensuring punctuality, and implementing HR policies and compliance requirements will be crucial aspects of your job. In addition, you will be expected to plan and execute engaging activities to boost employee morale and retention, evaluate employee performance, and assist in recommending improvement plans. Your role will also involve preparing HR dashboards, MIS reports, and providing valuable insights to the management team. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of HR experience.
