Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    General Manpower Contracts (GMC)

    , renewals, and compliance.
  • Oversee the complete

    Background Verification (BGV)

    process with vendors.
  • Handle

    attendance management system

    and resolve related queries.
  • Prepare and maintain

    MIS reports, dashboards, and HR data

    using advanced Excel.
  • Coordinate with payroll, admin, and business teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Support HR audits, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in HR operations.
  • Strong skills in

    MS Excel

    (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting, Data Analysis).
  • Prior experience in

    attendance management, BGV, and HR operations

    is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
