Job Description

You will be joining Maya Biotech Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Executive, supporting the HR department in various functions to ensure smooth HR processes and contribute to organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. - Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation as per company policies and labor laws. - Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance appraisal processes. - Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related queries and facilitate internal communication. - Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. - Support the HR Manager in reporting, audits, and analysis of HR metrics. Qualification & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical/manufacturing sector. - Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements. Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and be detail-oriented in problem-solving. - Team player with a positive attitude, organizational skills, and strong ethics regarding confidentiality.
