Job Description

As a Senior Human Resources professional at Danta Technologies, you will be responsible for leading HR operations within US IT staffing companies during night shifts and onsite. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain top talent in the succulent industry. - Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. - Address employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance and resolutions in a fair and consistent manner. - Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, regular check-ins, and annual reviews. - Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. - Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. - Experience with Vendor Management, Stakeholder Management, Client Handling, and Client Account Management. - Working experience with Contract, Contract to Hire, and Full-time Positions. - Handle complete Time & Attendance process, frame Policy Documents as per the process implementations, and act as a point of contact to handle employee queries, grievances, and concerns.
