Job Description

Position: Sr. HR Executive (Female) Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (as per experience & skills) Job Type: Full-time Job Location: Gurgaon Interview Location: West Delhi Working Days: Monday to Friday Duty Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment process management (screening, scheduling, onboarding) Employee engagement and grievance handling Maintaining attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination Performance appraisal coordination and reporting Drafting HR policies, letters, and maintaining HR records Coordinating training & development programs Compliance with labor laws and company policies Supporting audits and documentation requirements Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Well-versed with HRMS tools and MS Office Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Positive attitude and team-oriented approach Interested candidates can share their updated resume at hrd@pashupatiecotex.com For any queries, contact us at: 8800020275 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
