Sr. HR Executive (Female)

As a Senior HR Executive with 3-5 years of hands-on experience, you will be based in Chinarpark, New Town, Kolkata, working within the Human Resources department. In this role, you will report to the HR Manager or Director. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical positions - Collaborate with department heads to determine current and future staffing needs - Manage job postings across various platforms - Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees - Address employee concerns and conflicts professionally and promptly - Maintain employee records, HR databases, and attendance/leave management systems - Draft and review HR policies, contracts, and official communications in compliance with legal requirements Qualifications Required: - Hold an MBA in Human Resources - Preferably have 3-5+ years of experience in a similar HR role within an IT or corporate setting - Strong communication skills in English - Excellent organizational abilities - Knowledge of labor laws - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools Additional Company Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed day shift from Monday to Friday. A yearly bonus is provided as part of the compensation package. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Kolkata, West Bengal, as this is a requirement for the job.
