Creative Designer

Position: Creative Designer (0.5-2 years)
Location: Kolkata (Chinar Park)
Interview Mode: Face to Face
Working Mode: On-site (Monday to Friday)

Roles:

• Conceptualize and design visually engaging creatives for digital, social media, branding, and print materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, UI/UX, and content teams to deliver practical, creative solutions aligned with brand strategy.
• Apply logical design structure, creative aesthetics, and clear communication in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media posts, website banners, ads, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts based on project briefs, audience needs, and business objectives.
• Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure web and mobile visuals are both creative and functional.
• Communicate design ideas, feedback, and solutions confidently in English.
• Ensure logical flow, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency in all designs.
• Stay updated with creative trends, design techniques, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Familiarity with Tools:

• Proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, and CorelDRAW.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
