Location: Kolkata (Chinarpark)
Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days/Week)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage effective digital marketing strategies across channels including social media, SEO, email, and paid campaigns.
• Manage and oversee content creation and publishing across digital platforms to ensure alignment with brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create compelling and targeted marketing content.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics for all digital campaigns and suggest optimizations based on data insights.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
• Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Track SEO and Google Analytics data to improve performance and inform future marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and digital marketing standards.
• Prepare and present campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with paid advertising and SEO.
• Strong understanding of digital tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads), and performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
