About The Job

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands on knowledge of SEO, paid advertising platforms, and digital marketing tools. You will be responsible for executing performance driven campaigns, optimizing digital presence, and supporting overall marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Implement and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Conduct keyword search, competitor analysis and SEO audits using tools such as SEMrush.
  • Optimize website content for SEO (on-page &off-page).
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify issues related to crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile responsiveness and overall site health.
  • Implement off-page SEO activities such as backlink analysis, link building strategies, and outreach coordination.
  • Track competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities for ranking opportunities.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure SEO guidelines are followed during website updates or new feature rollouts.
  • Assist in lead generation and email marketing campaigns through Marketo.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Support market place- related marketing tasks for platforms like Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra.
  • Collaborate with design, sales and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Improving website domain authority with strategic planning.
  • Develop and execute effective backlink building strategies through outreach, guest posting, influencer collaborations and partnership to improve domain authority.
  • Monitor, analyze and maintain the backlink profile using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs and Moz to identify toxic links, ensure link quality and optimize SEO performance.
  • Optimize internal linking structure across the website to improve user navigation.
  • Plan, create and optimize SEO- friendly blog content aligned with keyword strategy, user intent and brand communication goals.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of SEO, on-page & off-page optimization.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, MOZ, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
  • Understanding of technical SEO (site audits, crawlability, indexing, page speed optimization).
  • Hands on experience with Google Ads campaign setup and optimization.
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Practical understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with Marketo and basic marketing automation processes.
  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment.
  • Any graduates with a marketing/digital marketing certificate are eligible to apply.

Preferred Skills.

  • Working knowledge of Ahrefs, Google Analytics and MOZX.
  • Awareness of market place operations on Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra.
  • Understanding of basic e-commerce marketing strategies.
