Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and remarketing platforms.
  • Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CVR, and overall campaign ROI.
  • Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop campaign creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and marketing assets.
  • Set up, automate, and monitor email marketing workflows for lead nurturing, reengagement, and customer communication.
  • Implement proper UTM tracking, lead tagging, and campaign attribution within CRM and analytics platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily using GA4, Hotjar, LinkedIn Insights, and ad dashboards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, target audiences, and creatives to improve conversions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with SEO, social media, and Inside Sales teams to ensure unified messaging and lead follow-up alignment.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy by ensuring leads from campaigns are captured, tagged, and routed correctly.
  • Analyze landing page performance and coordinate improvements with the web development team.
  • Support event-based, product launch, and industry campaign execution by aligning digital activities with marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to recommend new strategies.

Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or B2B demand generation.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and convert it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft campaign-ready content.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and lead nurturing frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in B2B or IT services marketing is preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing (preferably B2B or tech industry).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and platformspecific best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media tools such as Zoho Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics using GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong eye for design, brand alignment, and visual consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet strict posting timelines.
  • Experience coordinating with design, content, and marketing teams.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Basic understanding of communication guidelines and responsible handling of brandsensitive content
