Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Manage early-stage engagement for new hires across 090 days
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and address early life employee concerns
  • Track employee progress and engagement metrics
  • Drive early retention through timely interventions and support

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct periodic check-ins with new employees and address feedback
  • Act as a liaison between new hires and HR leadership
  • Implement and communicate HR policies and practices effectively
  • Collaborate with HRBP and Talent Development teams for retention initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR with 24 years of relevant experience in a BPO or similar environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
