Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Manage early-stage engagement for new hires across 090 days
Ensure smooth onboarding and address early life employee concerns
Track employee progress and engagement metrics
Drive early retention through timely interventions and support

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct periodic check-ins with new employees and address feedback
Act as a liaison between new hires and HR leadership
Implement and communicate HR policies and practices effectively
Collaborate with HRBP and Talent Development teams for retention initiatives

Job Requirements:

MBA/PGDM in HR with 24 years of relevant experience in a BPO or similar environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
