Sr. HR Executive

As an HR - IT professional at our company located in Sector -63, Noida, you will be responsible for various key aspects related to human resource management in an IT environment. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and compliance within the HR domain. Your main responsibilities will include managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit processes. This involves maintaining accurate employee records in HRMS, addressing employee grievances effectively, and conducting engagement activities and performance reviews. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with finance and external vendors for timely disbursement and ensure the proper functioning of HRMS platforms. A significant part of your role will involve technical recruitment for IT and technical roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, source candidates through various channels, conduct screenings and interviews, and oversee offer negotiations. Building a strong talent pipeline and adhering to hiring metrics will be essential for this position. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HR policies and implementing necessary updates in accordance with labor law changes. Conducting audits and maintaining documentation for compliance purposes will also fall under your jurisdiction. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of HRMS platforms such as Zoho, SAP SuccessFactors, and Keka. Expertise in IT/technical recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools are also crucial for success. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience in an IT or tech-focused environment. In addition to the standard full-time employment, the job offers performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and a Monday to Friday work schedule with morning shifts and weekend availability.
