As a Sr. Functional Consultant at Workfall, a new-age Premium Talent-Tech Platform, you will play a vital role in project implementation, requirement analysis, solution design, data migration, testing, user enablement, support, and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities and requirements include: - **Project Implementation & Delivery**: - Manage end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. - Coordinate with stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor project milestones. - **Requirement Analysis & Documentation**: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements and customizations. - Prepare functional specifications, CR documents, and support-related documentation. - **Solution Design & System Configuration**: - Design functional solutions aligned with business needs, including enhancements and custom modules. - Configure and customize Business Central, followed by thorough system and integration testing. - **Data Migration, Testing & User Enablement**: - Execute data migration activities ensuring data accuracy and completeness. - Conduct UAT sessions and deliver end-user training to ensure smooth adoption. - **Support & Continuous Improvement**: - Handle day-to-day support issues, troubleshooting, and system optimizations. - Participate in the development of new add-on solutions to enhance system capabilities. **Requirements**: - B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) / CA with experience in ERP IT services or consulting. - Minimum 4 end-to-end ERP Finance module implementations, including Inventory Costing, Manufacturing Costing, and Indian Localization (GST, TDS, TCS) for Indian clients. - Hands-on experience in Requirement Gathering, FRD preparation, Fit-Gap analysis, Configuration, Testing, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live Support across multiple projects. - Functional exposure to Manufacturing and/or Trading vertical projects with a strong understanding of finance and costing processes. - Strong English communication and presentation skills with proficiency in Excel and documentation. **Nice To Have**: - Good English Communication & Presentation Skills. - Attention to details. - Analytical skills.
