Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core (C#) on the backend and React.js on the frontend. You’ll design and develop scalable applications, collaborate closely with product and design teams, and play a key role in shaping architecture decisions and best practices across projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
  • Build responsive and dynamic UI using React.js, TypeScript, and Redux (similar)
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate frontend with backend services securely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to ship high-quality features.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Work with databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MongoDB) and ORM frameworks.
  • Contribute to DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (Azure / AWS).


Technical Skills


Must-Have:

  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
  • Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tooling.
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and security best practices.
  • Experience with SQL databases and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure).


Good-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jest).
  • Experience in performance tuning and application monitoring.


Soft Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to mentor others and contribute to team growth.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
