Sr. Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic engineering team. The role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end application development across front-end and back-end technologies, contributing to scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

• SE1 (4–6 years): Mid-level developers responsible for building and owning modules, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• SE2 (6–12 years): Senior developers responsible for system design, solution architecture, and mentoring, with expertise in leading complex full-stack projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end web and mobile applications.
• Build responsive UIs with React.js or React Native.
• Design and implement scalable APIs and services using PHP, Java, Python, Node.js, .NET, or C#.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability in application design.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).

SE1 (4–6 Years):

• Independently own feature development and module delivery.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Actively participate in sprint planning and contribute to technical discussions.
• Focus on unit testing, bug fixing, and performance optimization.

SE2 (6–12 Years):

• Lead system design and architecture for large-scale applications.
• Mentor and guide junior/mid-level engineers.
• Drive adoption of best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade security, scalability, and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• Front-end: React.js or React Native
• Back-end: PHP or Java or Python or Node.js or .NET or C#
• Strong knowledge of full stack application development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs / GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with Git / version control systems.

SE1 (4–6 Years):

• 4–6 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Proven ability to deliver features/modules independently.

SE2 (6–12 Years):

• 6–12 years of experience with deep technical expertise in full stack development.
• Strong experience in architecture, performance tuning, and mentoring teams.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate with stakeholders on end-to-end delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
