Sr. Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Node.js / React / Laravel) at our fast-paced, self-funded product company in Mohali, you will have the opportunity to work on building scalable, high-performance digital products with a long-term vision. You will be a key member of a high-performing and tightly-knit unit, collaborating directly with UK-based founders and technical leads. Your responsibilities will include working across backend and frontend, ensuring code quality, and communicating transparently with the management team. With over 8 years of software development experience, you are an expert in Node.js and React, with a strong background in PHP & Laravel. You excel in fast-paced, iterative development cycles and are familiar with Git/GitHub, branching strategies, and code pipelines. Unit testing and maintaining code quality are essential aspects of your work, and you thrive in a collaborative team setting, communicating tasks clearly and following through effectively. Nice to have or willing to learn includes experience with task management tools like Jira, knowledge of Python or interest in AI-related development, and an entrepreneurial mindset contributing beyond the code with product or business ideas. Fluency in both Hindi and English, along with a high CGPA, will be advantageous.
