Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our Development team at Inciem
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end web application development, managing both front-end and back-end components to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions
The role involves developing, testing, and deploying web applications using modern frameworks and coding practices
The candidate will build and integrate APIs, work closely with designers, Project Managers, and QA teams, and ensure all applications are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
The developer must troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications while maintaining clean code architecture and proper documentation
Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality, efficient code; integrating third-party services; participating in code reviews; and supporting continuous enhancements to existing systems
The ideal candidate should be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end technologies such as Node
js, with hands-on experience in React for front-end and MongoDB for database management
A strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Git version control, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail is essential
This role requires someone who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to new technologies, and contribute to the technical excellence of our development team
