Sr. Full Stack Developer

You will be joining Fulcrum Digital, an agile and next-generation digital accelerating company that specializes in providing digital transformation and technology services from conceptualization to execution. As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle. You will be tasked with designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based/Angular applications capable of handling high volumes and low latency. Your role will involve analyzing user requirements to define business objectives, envisioning system features, and functionality, as well as defining application objectives and functionality. It will be crucial to ensure that the application designs align with business goals and to develop and test software effectively. Moreover, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise, creating detailed design documentation, proposing changes to the current Java infrastructure, and developing technical designs for application development. Additionally, developing multimedia applications, writing well-designed and testable code, conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging will be part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in managing Java and Java EE/Angular or React application development, developing documentation to assist users, transforming requirements into stipulations, preparing software component releases, and supporting continuous improvement by exploring alternative technologies and presenting them for architectural review. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 6 years of hands-on development experience. You must be proficient in developing application code and unit testing in Rest Web Services, Spring, Spring Boot, Java-J2EE, and related open-source technologies. Additionally, expertise in developing user interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications using NodeJS-based Front End Technologies like React, Stencil, Angular, or Vue is essential. A strong understanding of Cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL, and AWS is required. Experience with RESTful services, leading the design and development of micro-services using Spring-boot on Cloud, and ensuring the creation of high-performance, secure, and scalable applications are key aspects of this role. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX, JavaScript Dom manipulation techniques, integrating content feeds via API, JSON, XML, and RSS, and working with JavaScript build tools and testing frameworks are highly desirable.
