Sr. Full Stack Developer

As a Sr. Full Stack Developer at Novus Insights, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing full-stack applications. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high performance and seamless user experiences across platforms. You will be working with a global team to create tailored business solutions backed by valuable insights. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop complex and scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful APIs - Make architectural decisions to support scalable and efficient solutions - Implement backend scalability and data modeling - Work on maintaining and optimizing full-stack applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions **Qualifications Required:** - 5 to 7 years of experience in React & Node.js development - Strong grasp of database design for web applications - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and communication skills - Hands-on experience with Express.js, Redux, Hooks, and Context API - Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL - Experience with CI/CD workflows, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Familiarity with version control using Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail - B.
