We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to complex, scalable solutions in a healthcare project. The ideal candidate is confident working across both frontend and backend, with approximately 70% focus on frontend and 30% on backend development. You’ll take full ownership of features and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requirements 7+ years of commercial experience in React.js and Next.js Proven expertise in Java and NestJS Experience with Infrastructure & DevOps: AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis, Timestream, QuickSight), Vercel, Terraform (nice to have) Solid experience with Databases: PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and Timestream Knowledge of Monorepo Tooling: Lerna Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written Responsibilities Add new features to existing React and NestJS projects Independently start Next.js projects from scratch, including planning workload, creating epics/features/tasks in Jira, and communicating effectively with the team Take full ownership of features by writing code, performing unit and manual testing, demonstrating functionality, and delivering to stakeholders Perform regular, engaging demos for stakeholders to showcase progress and gather feedback Support existing Next.js projects by implementing updates, deploying via Vercel, and providing thorough testing Support and maintain the monorepo, deploy applications using Terraform
