Job Description

Growexx is seeking a Frontend Engineer
with deep expertise in React and modern JavaScript frameworks for one of its clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, a passion for clean, scalable UI development, and experience in building micro frontend architectures.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React and Redux.
Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams to create seamless, user-centric web experiences.
Implement and maintain Micro Frontend architectures for modular and maintainable codebases.
Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs efficiently with frontend applications.
Optimize performance, enhance usability, and ensure responsiveness across devices.
Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to best practices.

Education and Experience

B Tech/B. E./MCA
7+ years of professional experience in JavaScript / TypeScript.
8+ years of experience developing complex applications using React and Redux.
Strong understanding of Micro Frontend design principles and implementation.
Proven experience with REST and GraphQL API integrations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
Exposure to performance monitoring and optimization tools.

Analytical and Personal Skills

Must have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
Good Communication skills in English – both written and verbal.
Demonstrate Ownership and Accountability of their work.
