Sr. Finance & Accounts Executive

Sr. Finance & Accounts Executive (Female candidates only) Preferred Experience : 2-5 years Desired Notice Period: Max 15 days (Sooner preferred) Candidate must have qualifications: Update and maintain all books of accounts and run various reports in Tally for India. Fluent English. Must be comfortable in general ledger accounting, daily bookkeeping activities, handling multiple entities in Tally and maintain necessary company separation. Responsible for Accounts Receivable and generating customized invoices to meet accounting deadlines. Maintain 100% accuracy and updating of customer information. Responsible for data entry and maintaining supporting documentation for payments. Reconcile aging report. Prepare bank reconciliations and follow up on pending items. Manage Accounts Payable function and ensure vendor payments go out on time as per agreed terms. Balance bank accounts and credit cards. Finalize Profit & loss and balance sheet on monthly basis. Review various financial reports with management on weekly, monthly basis. Help in providing details for auditors, prepare schedules as required and attend to queries. Support US Payroll on semi-monthly and Indian payroll on monthly basis & ensure funds availability in accounts. Understanding of payroll compliances & rules. May be required to work on USA accounting ~30% of the time including QuickBooks bookkeeping and raising invoices.
