Sr. Finance & Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day financial transactions, assist with month-end reporting, and ensure accuracy in accounting processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and post journal entries, maintain general ledger accuracy, and ensure proper documentation.
• Process supplier invoices, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
• Maintain customer accounts, follow up for payments, and prepare ageing reports.
• Manage daily bank transactions, bank reconciliation statements, fund transfers, and cash flow tracking.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure timely payment of statutory dues.
• Support the Accounts Manager in finalisation of accounts.
• Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and documentation required for audits.
• Ensure accurate recording of inventory and fixed assets.
• Work closely with other departments (Sales, Purchase, HR) to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Report directly to the Accounts Manager and support in any additional tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles .
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, SAP, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
