Job Description

We are having opening for Sr. Executive/Executive PPC at Nipro India Corporation Pvt Ltd

Qualification - Any Graduate, Diploma in Supply Chain Management

Experience - 5 to 8 Years in PPC (Material Management/Purchase Management)

Roles & Responsibilities -

Vendor Registration.
Inventory Control.
Procurement related to the project(Capex/Capital Purchase)
Engineering material PO creation as per Purchase Requisition(Production Requirement).
Alternate development of consumable material as per NIC Standards.
Follow up with vendor for timely delivery of material as per given schedule.
Identify the opportunities & develop plan to increase the discounts.
Cash Purchasing during urgency(Local).
Arranging material by creating subcontracting PO.
Arrangement of transport for repairing/delivery of Material.
Monitoring & maintaining stock of Raw material, packing material, Consumable material.
To maintain and update PPC Operation as per EMS guideline.
Coordination with store team.
Coordinate with maintenance team.
Coordinate with import/export person to get the material within time.
Keeping track of due payments & coordinating with finance to get payment released.
Resolving supply,quality,service & invoicing issues with the vendors.
Coordinate with internal PP person.
Highlight discrepancy observed in consumption pattern.
Import document arrangement from Supplier(Shipment documents)
Support to AP and vendors with invoice issues like GST mismatch,tax etc.
Create new vendor and material code in SAP as per NIC policy.
Engineering material PO creation as per received PR
