Job Description

We are urgently hiring Executive at Nipro India Corporation Pvt Ltd Experience: 5 to 6 years (Preferably in Medical device or Pharma industry) Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, with specialization in Supply Chain or relevant field preferred. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables as per production plan. Vendor identification, negotiation, and development in compliance with company standards. Forecasting for import /Domestic material plan. Ensure timely delivery, cost optimization, and quality compliance. Work closely with QA/RA, Production, and Stores for smooth material flow. Maintain and update SAP system with purchase orders and material receipts. Support internal/external audits related to procurement processes. Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues. Maintain procurement records, agreements, and documentation in line with audit requirements. Good Knowledge about Import purchasing and long lead material planning. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and documentation. Hands-on experience in SAP/MM module. Good understanding of materials used in medical device manufacturing. Familiarity with ISO 13485, US FDA, EU MDR preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and data analysis. Team player with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
