1. Assisting for documentation of Board Meeting Presentation
2. Assisting in filing of Annual Return and Filing of various forms under Companies Act, 2013 as
applicable from time to time
3. Coordination with consultant for filing of various forms and returns.
4. RBI compliances providing secretarial data ,share information and filing the same.
Time to time follow up of Court proceedings.
5. maintaining current status of all the pending cases. co-ordination with company Advocates.
Providing required supporting documents and information for drafting of all plaints , written
statements, affidavits etc
6. RACT Trust Compliances - Change of membership , address , period of management committee
-Charity Commissioner Office.
Liaising with Collector office, Sub Divisional Office, Talathi Office , District Sup Land Records etc
for obtaining various approvals e.g Consolidation of land, land acquisition, construction of new
building, local issues.
7. Assisting Company Secretary for completing Supplier Audit and Basic Purchase Agreements
