SR. EXECUTIVE/ SR. ENGINEER - PURCHASE

Job Description Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect goods and services. Strong skills in Import/Export terms, regulation and process. ( Must be have 3~5 years experience) Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. Monitor market trends and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide appropriate solutions. Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes. Strong knowledge of MRO spares and Suppliers. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and other documents Ensure compliance with all import regulations and documentation requirements Maintain subject matter expertise in all import and export operations and evaluate all company businesses and provide require classification for same Understanding of international trade compliance requirements and providing required suggestions to management to comply with the same Qualifications Graduate degree, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Strong English communication Minimum of 6 years experience in procurement, preferably in indirect procurement. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and drive cost savings. Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
