• 6-8 years of general IT experience.
• Identity Management exposure with 4-6 years of experience with IAM product components and layout knowledge.
• Should have good knowledge of SailPoint IIQ. Mandatory Tomcat Server or MS SQL - Integration and working knowledge.
• Should have designed and developed schemas, workflow, and Policies.
• Must be able to design, modify/add policies, add roles, and modify lifecycle rules.
• Manage/configure adapters as requested and create custom reports. Install new versions and modify configurations, and extension code (if required) appropriately.
• Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget.
• Proven problem solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002/NIST 3.0 especially as it relates to Access Controls.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to senior leaders, stakeholders and to all levels within the organization.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail oriented, multi-tasking, and adaptable
• Ability to provide 25% coverage in US time zones.
• Undergraduate degree required in business, math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus (preferred).
• Good to have working knowledge in Service Now Integration with SailPoint
• Good to have working knowledge in Workday Integration with SailPoint.
• Good to have any certification on SailPoint Implementation.
• 4 or more years of full time SailPoint engineering/operations experience.
• SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer OR SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer
• Provide Level 3 technical support.
• Lead minor and major upgrades of the platform, while maintaining supportability.
• Implement and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ components including Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager, Application On-Boarding Access Request Automated Provisioning, Password Management and Workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop technical solutions that meet user needs with respect to functionality performance scalability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to identity governance processes system configurations and standard operating procedures.
• Perform system upgrades patches and ensure the integrity and security of identity governance solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to identity management and governance.
• Readily available to assist in cases of any unexpected system outages.
• Ensure complete technical and business requirements are gathered and use cases developed based upon those.
• Evaluate new and evolving technologies to ensure the identity program continues to meet our customer and regulatory requirements as well as emerging threats.
• Provide detailed monthly reporting and metrics to ensure a continuous improvement process for the IAM Program.
• Drive troubleshooting efforts with the IAM Support team.
• Ensure all documentation is kept up to date and reviewed on a yearly basis.
• Works with Engineering teams to ensure technical designs are implemented as planned;
