Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

Manage end-to-end hiring for Store and Support roles across the Kerala market.
Coordinate with Regional & Corporate HR teams for manpower planning and recruitment drives.
Ensure timely onboarding, induction, and documentation completion for new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

Act as a key HR contact for all employees in the region.
Handle grievances and ensure a positive work environment across stores.
Drive regional engagement activities, R&R programs, and cultural initiatives.

3. HR Operations & Compliance:

Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and HRIS data accuracy.
Ensure all statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.) are maintained as per regional norms.
Coordinate audits and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

4. Business Partnership:

Partner with the Regional Operations Team to support business expansion and workforce productivity.
Provide insights and analytics on attrition, manpower costs, and HR metrics to management.

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of experience - HR .
Background in
QSR / Retail / FMCG
preferred.
Strong in
frontline hiring, HR operations, and compliance
.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Malayalam fluency mandatory
; English & Hindi preferred.
Must be open to
field travel
across Kerala.
Candidates
based in Kerala (preferably Kochi)
will be preferred.
