Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations cum Sales Executive to oversee day-to-day operations and drive sales growth in the cable TV sector. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service delivery, manage customer relations, and expand the subscriber base through strategic sales initiatives. This role demands a blend of operational efficiency, strong communication, and sales acumen to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of cable TV services, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity and service quality.
Coordinate with technical teams for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Monitor service requests, resolve complaints, and ensure quick turnaround for customer issues.
Maintain subscriber records, billing accuracy, and timely collection of dues.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Sales & Business Development.
Acquire new LCO, business affiliation.
Retrieve unused assets and other assets once closed.
Identify and acquire new customers to increase subscriber base.
Develop and execute local marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through direct sales, referrals, and area expansions.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide inputs for business strategy.
Customer Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Resolve escalated complaints and provide effective solutions.
Educate customers on service offerings, packages, and value-added services.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in operations and sales, preferably in the cable TV, DTH, broadband, or telecom industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
**Having bike will be added Advantage.
