Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SR Executive located in Delhi, India. The SR Executive will oversee daily operations, ensure product quality, manage team performance, and collaborate with various departments to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, conducting performance reviews, handling client communications, and employing strategies for continuous improvement. The SR Executive will also be involved in inventory management, resource allocation, and facilitating training sessions for staff development.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Experience in garment manufacturing and quality control
• Strong communication and client handling abilities
• Proficiency in production scheduling and resource allocation
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Management, or related field
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Delhi, India
• Experience in the fashion and garment industry is a plus
