Job Description

Inventory Management – Ensure accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and timely reconciliations. Inbound & Outbound Operations – Oversee timely unloading, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch processes. Staff Supervision – Manage warehouse manpower, assign tasks, monitor performance, and maintain discipline. Space Utilization – Optimize storage layout for efficient space usage and smooth material flow. Safety & Compliance – Ensure adherence to safety protocols, PPE usage, and compliance with audit standards. System Updates – Ensure real-time updates in WMS/SAP for all warehouse transactions. Damage & Loss Control – Minimize material damage, pilferage, and report discrepancies immediately. Transport Coordination – Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and timely dispatches. Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of GRNs, DNs, invoices, and daily reports. Customer Support – Address internal/external queries related to dispatch, shortages, and urgent deliveries.
