1. Keeping track of the stock in warehouses or other storing facilities and ensure
inventories are updated and accurate.
2. Evaluate inbound, outbound and shipments to ensure the accurate quantity is
in the right locations to improve Inventory control procedures.
3. Must ensure that accurate records of supplies, products, and materials are
maintained.
4. Ensure all procedures related to the Inventory are strictly followed.
5. Working closely with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and
procedural efficiency.
6. Managing and resolving any discrepancies identified in stock takes or
inventory records.
7. Assisting in the development of an inventory management strategy to
minimise stock holding and maximise system accuracy.
8. Tracking and Reconciliation of inventory through multiple systems
(WMS/OMS).
9. Tracking the stock in transit and the delivery of goods TAT should be adhered.
10. Publish periodically Inventory Ageing with all the management.
11. Assist in the Internal and External Audits.
12. Conducting Physical verification and provide RCA on Inventory Gaps and
updating Variances in the System.
Inventory Management, Stock Control, Reconciliation, Supply chain, Analytical
Thinking, Problem solving, Good in communication.
SAP, WMS, ERP Software, Advance Excel.
Experience in supply chain management is a plus.
Bachelors degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related
field.
5-10 years of experience in Inventory management and Control.
