As a Senior Executive- Inside Sales- Health Insurance at Callthedoc Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in generating leads, presenting products, converting sales, managing customer relationships, ensuring documentation and compliance, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Generation & Outreach: You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential leads. - Product Presentation & Information: Presenting health insurance products effectively to potential customers. - Sales Conversion: Using your sales acumen to convert leads into sales and meet targets. - Customer Relationship Management: Managing customer relationships efficiently and resolving issues effectively. - Documentation & Compliance: Ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met. - Achieve Sales Targets: Working towards and achieving set sales targets. - Team Collaboration & Feedback: Collaborating with the team and providing constructive feedback for improvement. **Qualifications and Skills:** - A Bachelor's degree in any field. - Certifications or training in sales or insurance. - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. - Experience in selling health insurance or similar financial products is a plus. - Excellent communication skills in Hindi. - Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and meet targets. - Good understanding of health insurance products and industry regulations. - Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues efficiently. - Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools. - Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.,
