Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understanding Hiring Needs:

  2. Recruitment Strategy:

    Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for non-IT positions. This may include job postings, social media outreach, networking, and other sourcing methods.

  3. Candidate Sourcing:

    Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and recruiting agencies to source potential candidates.

  4. Screening and Assessment:

    Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates qualifications, skills, and suitability for the position.

  5. Interview Coordination:

    Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.

  6. Candidate Evaluation:

    Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values.

  7. Candidate Experience:

    Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance.

  8. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

    Facilitate offer negotiations between candidates and hiring managers and assist with the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

  9. Documentation and Compliance:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and hiring documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices.

  10. Continuous Improvement:

    Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovations in recruitment and talent acquisition. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a non-IT or multi-industry environment.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.

  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.

  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
