Job Description

Role & responsibilities

-Hiring, onboarding, and employee benefit activities

- Orientation of new joiners and joining formalities

- Salary negotiations of new joiners and ensure joining of the candidates

- BGV of the candidates to be completed on time

- Maintain and update HR documentation and databases

- Ensure HR practices align with company policies and legal requirements

- Manage employee engagement and support day-to-day HR functions

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (masters preferred).

6 to 12 years of HR experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in Talent Acquisition role within the infrastructure, construction, real estate or engineering sectors.
