Job Profile : - End-to-End Tender Management: Manage the complete tendering lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification and qualification through bid preparation, submission, negotiation, and handover. Opportunity Assessment: Analyse tender invitations, pre-qualification documents, and client requirements to determine project feasibility and strategic fit. Bid Strategy Development: Develop and implement winning bid strategies, considering technical specifications, commercial terms, risk assessment, and competitive landscape. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate internal teams, including engineering, procurement, finance, legal, and project management, to gather necessary information and ensure timely and accurate bid preparation. Document Preparation & Review: Oversee the preparation of high-quality technical and commercial proposals, ensuring clarity, accuracy, compliance, and a compelling value proposition. Risk & Opportunity Assessment: Identify and analyze potential risks and opportunities associated with each tender and develop mitigation strategies. Cost Estimation & Pricing: Collaborate with the estimation team to develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all tender submissions adhere to relevant regulations, client requirements, and internal policies and procedures. Communication & Negotiation: Act as the primary point of contact for tender-related communications with clients, partners, and subcontractors. Lead and participate in clarification meetings and negotiations. Subcontractor & Partner Management: Identify and evaluate potential subcontractors and partners, and manage the tendering process for their involvement. Post-Submission Activities: Manage post-submission queries, participate in bid evaluations, and lead negotiation processes to secure contracts. Bid Performance Analysis: Analyze the outcomes of tenders (win/loss) and identify areas for improvement in the tendering process and bid strategies. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in tender regulations within the infrastructure sector in India. Knowledge Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of tender documents, pricing information, and lessons learned. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on tender progress, pipeline, and outcomes to senior management. Skills & Competencies: Strategic Thinking Commercial Awareness Negotiation Skills Stakeholder Management Contractual Understanding Risk Management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong ethical standards and a commitment to compliance.
