Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Coordinate efficiently with Clients, Overseas Agents, Co-Loaders, Shipping Line & Airlines.
Handling all types of import & export procedures & coordination.
Notify consignees, or clients of the arrival of cargo.
Co-ordinate with CHA for clearance activities.
Manage schedules, filing documents, placement of booking
Prepare monthly MIS report.
Ensure adherence to the predefined work policies & procedures.

Preferred candidate profile:

03 to 06 years experience in Freight Forwarding company.
Good communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS office is required.
