Sr Executive : Customer Service

We're hiring Customer Service Representatives for an International Voice Process at a leading IT MNC in Pune. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for international customers, primarily responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires individuals who are independent, flexible, and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service across various communication channels. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle international customer calls with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
