Job Title: Sr. Executive – Customer Service (CETP PLANT)

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Location: Sayan, Surat, Gujarat

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Customer Service to join our CETP (Common Effluent Treatment Plant) operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills with an understanding of industrial wastewater treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Services:

  • Act as a liaison between industrial customers and CETP operations.
  • Coordinate with clients for effluent discharge schedules and ensure adherence to guidelines.
  • Monitor and validate effluent quantity and quality data shared by customers.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns promptly.
  • Ensure customer compliance with inlet norms and communicate deviations to the concerned department.
  • Maintain updated records of client information, connection details, agreements, and service logs.
  • Support billing and documentation related to effluent volume, quality, and service charges.
  • Conduct regular visits to customer sites for relationship management and feedback collection.
  • Assist in organizing awareness programs on CETP procedures and environmental compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Laboratory, Accounts, Legal) for resolution of service or compliance issues.

Marketing & Business Development:

  • Identify and approach new industrial clients in the area for CETP services.
  • Promote value-added services like treated water reuse, sludge disposal, and laboratory testing.
  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Attend industry exhibitions, industrial park meetings, and business networking events to promote CETP services.
  • Support in creating customer engagement strategies and marketing campaigns.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain CRM and customer interaction records.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly customer service and business development reports.
  • Assist with compliance documentation for new client onboarding.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
