Sr. Executive-Client Servicing & Event Operations

As a Sr. Executive-Client Servicing & Event Operations at Triangular Dots, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of events and activations. Your responsibilities will include: - Being the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions. - Planning and overseeing events and BTL activations from start to finish, guaranteeing a seamless process. - Developing impactful pitch decks and presentations to showcase ideas to clients. - Contributing to brainstorming sessions to create innovative concepts for events. - Coordinating with internal teams and vendors to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations. - Managing event budgets, timelines, and deliverables effectively. - Participating in client meetings and traveling as necessary for events. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client servicing and event operations/activations. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle clients effectively. - Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel for creating presentations and managing data. - Prior experience in event planning, vendor coordination, and executing on-ground activities. - Strong organizational skills and the capacity to think creatively while managing operational tasks. - Effective time-management skills to meet project deadlines. - Willingness to travel for meetings and event execution.
