About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and driven

Sr. Executive-

Client Servicing & Event Operations

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in client management, event execution, and activations. This role requires a balance of creativity and operational excellence, with the ability to handle clients confidently while ensuring smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and delivering effective solutions.
• Plan and manage events and BTL activations end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution.
• Create impactful pitch decks and presentations for clients.
• Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative concepts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet project deadlines and expectations.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Attend client meetings and travel for events as required.
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing and event operations/activations.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience in event planning, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution.
• Ability to think creatively while managing operational details.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to travel for meetings and event execution.
