Hi,

Catalog Management Executive

Key Skills:

Minimum 1 years of Experience in Catalog Management.
Hands on experience in Catalog Creation and Onboarding
Good Knowledge of ERP (Oracle, SAP / Ariba / PEGA)
Any Graduates

Roles and Responsibilities:

Catalog Creation & Onboarding

Create and onboard new catalog items based on procurement inputs and vendor data.
Validate item attributes such as pricing, specifications, and supplier details.
Coordinate with sourcing and category teams to ensure catalog completeness

Catalog Updates & Maintenance

Regularly update catalog entries for price changes, item availability, and vendor modifications.
Ensure catalog alignment with contracts and purchase agreements.
Maintain version control and audit logs for catalog changes

Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure catalog data integrity and adherence to master data governance policies.
Support catalog audits and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
Leverage Gen AI tools for catalog summarization and guided indenting where applicable.

Reporting & Analytics

Generate catalog adoption reports and usage metrics.
Identify gaps in catalog coverage and propose enhancements.
Support spend analytics and category insights using catalog data.
