E-commerce Catalog Executive

Key Responsibilities

Catalog Management

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on

  Amazon, Flipkart

  , and other marketplaces
• Ensure accurate product information including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing
  
• Optimize listings using relevant keywords for better visibility and sales
  
• Update catalogs for price changes, stock availability, and promotions
  

Vendor Management

• Coordinate with vendors for product details, images, pricing, and inventory updates
  
• Onboard new vendors and ensure documentation compliance
  
• Follow up with vendors for timely data sharing and issue resolution
  
• Maintain vendor records and performance tracking
  

Marketplace Operations

• Monitor listing quality, suppressed listings, and errors on marketplaces
  
• Coordinate with operations and inventory teams for stock sync
  
• Support order processing, returns, and basic seller account issues
  
• Work on marketplace guidelines and ensure compliance
  

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare basic MIS reports on listings, vendors, and performance
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, inventory, accounts)
  
• Track catalog-related issues and ensure timely resolution
  

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with

  Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub

• Knowledge of

  e-commerce cataloging and listing processes

• Understanding of

  vendor management

  and coordination
• Basic knowledge of pricing, inventory, and promotions
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

• Good communication and coordination skills
  

Experience

• 13 years

  of experience in e-commerce catalog or marketplace operations
• Experience in managing multiple SKUs and vendors is preferred
